We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Associate to support the firm. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and highly-organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment managing multiple initiatives across brand, marketing, and advisor support.
The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Director of Marketing, leadership, advisors, and external partners to ensure the consistent and high-quality representation of the Certuity brand across all channels.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior marketer who wants to gain robust experience while making a direct impact on the firm’s brand presence and growth.
Please note this role is in office 5 days/ week at our headquarters in North Palm Beach, FL.
Responsibilities- POC :
Serve as the main point of contact for brand and marketing requests across the firm - Strategy :
Contribute to strategy and content for all marketing initiatives including ads, content, PR, social media, events, and more - Brand :
Create and manage branded materials including decks, articles, ads, assets, website pages, email campaigns, and event invitations - Website :
Oversee website operations including content updates, page development, and design edits - Email :
Develop and manage email campaigns, distribution lists, and firm-wide communications - Leads :
Manage all incoming marketing leads through qualification calls and handoffs to advisors - Awards :
Track and complete industry award applications for advisors and the firm - Onboarding :
Create materials to support new hire onboarding like decks, PR packages, and business cards - Resources :
Maintain the Intranet and internal materials so they remain current and accessible - Process :
Create and improve processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and brand quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience (internships considered)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Professional, proactive, and comfortable working closely with leadership and advisors
- Strong writing, design, and communication skills
- Proficient in graphic design and experience with design tools - particularly Canva
- Experience with digital marketing tools - particularly Microsoft 365, Word Press, and Active Campaign
- Background in financial services is a plus
