Position: Lead Quality Assurance Analyst (North Palm Beach, FL, US, 33408)

Position Specific Description

Employees in this role will lead, design, develop, and maintain our Quality Assurance (QA) testing strategy. With this position, you will own the strategic planning and technical implementation of the QA framework.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in the insurance industry to support strategic system implementation initiatives and ongoing business improvement projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating test plans, defining data test strategies, writing user stories, and delivering a detailed end‑to‑end testing framework along with execution. This role requires both a structured thinker and a hands‑on executor who can work across departments to drive clarity, alignment, and actionable outcomes by bridging the gap between business and technology functions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities (QA Lead)
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation strategies, best practices, and automation standards that cover the full test pyramid.
  • Write high‑quality test code for Database, datasets, UI, API, and integration testing that is scalable, maintainable, efficient, and secure, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • Participate in code reviews and lead the development of testing standards.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, working with team to identify and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner.
  • Continuously improve test processes, tools, and documentation, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain documentation of test plans, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies.
  • Conduct analyses and prepare reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects.
  • Assist with process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

  • Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions.
  • Develops control plans to ensure continuation of project improvements after project completion.
  • Ensures all project documentation is maintained accurately.
  • Assists with projects to successful completion within the committed time frame.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications (QA Lead)
  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience.
  • SQL experience.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.
  • Experience:

    4+ years.
Preferred Qualifications (QA Lead)
  • Prior P&C insurance industry experience is required.
  • Commercial and/or Specialty insurance experience is preferred.
  • Program insurance and delegated authority model exposure is nice to have.
  • Knowledge of cloud‑based testing solutions.
Required Qualifications (Six Sigma)
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience:

    6+ years.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.
Preferred Qualifications (Six Sigma)
  • Master’s Degree.
