Southern Marinas is seeking a Director of Business Development, Northeast to lead sales across Mid Atlantic and Northeast properties. You will own inbound leads, qualify them, and drive deals to signed contracts with paid close.
You will build broker, captain, dealer, and manufacturer relationships, manage a regional pipeline, travel to properties and boat shows, and use Hub Spot and Dockwa to track progress. This role is highly collaborative and fast-paced.
