AI Developer-Level 1 - Associate

This is an entry-level opportunity for a recent college graduate to be trained as an AI Developer. The role is responsible for contributing to the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions under the guidance of senior team members. This position focuses on developing foundational technical skills by assisting with data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, and implementing algorithms using established frameworks.

Location:

Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)

• Develop, test, and maintain ML models and AI-driven features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Assist with data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Implement algorithms using established frameworks.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
• Debug issues in AI/ML systems and participate in code reviews.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is typically required.

Experience:

0–5 years of experience in software development or AI/ML, including exposure to agentic and generative AI systems.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and version control.

Possess strong problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn.
