* We are seeking a highly technical and entrepreneurial
** Senior AI Strategist
** to design, build, and scale data and analytics solutions that power front-office trading, risk management, and operational workflows. This role sits at the intersection of
** AI development** ,
** trading, data engineering, and quantitative analytics** , enabling accurate, high-quality data flows and real-time insights across the organization.

The ideal candidate will partner directly with traders and business stakeholders to deliver
** low-latency, scalable, and high-impact solutions** , while modernizing legacy processes and reducing reliance on manual Excel-driven workflows.  Experience developing applications using low-code/no-code platforms and AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Codex, Devin, Windsurf) is highly preferred
