Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related subject area (advanced degree preferred)
- New Jersey Teacher of Biology
- Strong knowledge of the NGSS/New Jersey Student Learning Standards (NJSLS) and 3‑Dimensional Learning
- Data‑informed instruction – Ability to analyze student data to drive instructional decisions and support student growth.
- Collaborative mindset – Ability to co‑teach and work effectively with colleagues to support student success.
- Instructional expertise – Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum development, assessment, classroom management, and the use of diverse and creative educational resources.
- Growth mindset – Commitment to ongoing professional development and instructional improvement.
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates preferred but not required
$69,630 (minimum) to $103,470 (maximum), commensurate with experience
