PURCHASING JUNIOR-MANUFACTURING ORIENTED

• Obtain quotations and compare pricing from approved suppliers.
• Issue and track purchase orders for materials, tooling, and machine shop supplies.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on late shipments.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information.
• Assist with inventory replenishment and stock level monitoring.
• Coordinate with production and engineering to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and order status.
• Support cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

• 1–3 years of purchasing, procurement, or administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of machining materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• We are seeking a motivated candidate with at least one year of recent experience in a Junior Purchasing or Purchasing Support role, preferably in a machining or manufacturing environment.
• The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills and works well with machine shop managers, purchasing, inventory control, vendors, and fellow team members. You should be organized, detail-oriented, possess good common sense, and be eager to grow with our well-established manufacturing company.
