Global Auto Mall is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales & Leasing Consultants.

Whether you have automotive sales experience or are looking to start a brand-new career, we want to hear from you. No college degree and no previous automotive experience are required. We provide the training, tools, inventory, and support you need to succeed.

Earning Potential: $60,000 – $200,000+ Per Year

Performance-driven opportunity with uncapped earning potential. The harder you work and the more you sell, the more you can earn.

What You’ll Do

Assist customers with purchasing and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles
Help customers select the right vehicle for their needs and budget
Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers
Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business
Work closely with our management and finance teams to provide an excellent customer experience

What We’re Looking For

No automotive experience required
No college degree required
Strong communication and people skills

Willingness to learn and be coached
Professional appearance and attitude
Customer-service mindset
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
