Role Description

The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in North Platte, NE, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and supporting a professional financial advisory environment. This role manages front-desk activities, schedules appointments, greets and assists clients, and serves as a primary point of contact for phone and email inquiries. The Office Manager coordinates calendars, maintains client records and files, and supports advisors with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and report assembly.

Additional responsibilities include managing office supplies and office equipment, liaising with vendors and service providers, and ensuring a clean, organized, and professional workspace. The Office Manager also helps implement and improve office procedures, supports compliance‑related administrative processes, and contributes to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, file management, and documentation.
  • Comfort with Office Equipment, such as multi‑line phone systems, printers, scanners, and basic office technology.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Proficiency with common software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and ability to learn financial or CRM systems.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Prior experience in an office management, administrative, or customer‑facing role; experience in financial services or professional services is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in business or office administration are beneficial.
