Expected starting base salary $190,000 to $240,000 per year.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic initiatives, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of financial operations, including financial planning, analysis, accounting, treasury, and sponsor/debt relations.
- Prepare timely monthly management reports, analyze budget variances, and maintain key performance metrics.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Utilize earned value management analysis to assess job profitability and update estimates.
- Conduct rigorous contract reviews to minimize job-fade impacts.
- Proven experience as a CFO in the construction industry or equivalent role.
- Familiarity with private equity and/or public company reporting.
- Strong relationship management skills with capital providers and lending institutions.
- Working knowledge of current U.S. GAAP for construction contractors.
- Proficiency in construction management ERP software and understanding of construction contract law and risk management.
