SUMMARY OF THE JOB
At First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), you will serve as a Personal Banker helping customers with transactions and offering financial advice tailored to each client’s needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Make every customer feel welcome in the FNBO branch.
- Assist customers with deposits and withdrawals.
- Understand each customer’s unique financial goals.
- Make personalized recommendations to support their financial well‑being.
- Guide customers toward greater financial health.
- Build and deepen customer relationships through outreach.
- Comply with all bank policies, regulations, and laws.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Retail banking experience preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OVERVIEWStarting pay for Personal Banker positions is $22 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on lending experience, education, and skill level.
