Position: Personal Banker (Starting pay $22/hr.) North Platte, NE

Summary of the Job

About This Role

As a Personal Banker at FNBO, you will be encouraged and empowered to gain an understanding of your customers’ unique needs so you can provide the best recommendations to support their financial well‑being. This includes everything from helping with simple transactions to ensuring they are saving enough for retirement. Branch managers and the team provide in‑depth training and mentorship to help you proactively engage with customers.

Qualification Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Retail banking experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits Overview

Starting pay for Personal Banker positions is $22 per hour.

Final compensation offers may vary from the posted hiring range based on lending experience, education, and skill level.
