TRAVELODGE AND PENNY'S DINER OF NORTH PLATTE, NE is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle reservations with accuracy.
You will assist guests with questions, provide directions and local recommendations, resolve concerns professionally, and maintain guest records and key inventory. A High School diploma is required; experience with an IHG-branded hotel is preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservation systems is expected.
