North Platte Inn & Suites is looking for a dependable, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our small housekeeping team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, paying attention to the details, and making a direct impact on our guests' experience.

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will help keep the hotel running smoothly by leading the housekeeping team and maintaining high standards throughout the property.

• Lead, support, and motivate a housekeeping team
• Start each day at 9:00 AM and help organize the day's housekeeping workload
• Assign rooms and daily housekeeping tasks
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness and quality
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guests according to hotel standards
• Train new housekeeping team members and provide ongoing coaching
• Work alongside the team and assist with cleaning when needed
• Monitor room status and communicate with the Front Desk
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and other concerns
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and communicate when inventory needs to be replenished
• Respond professionally to guest concerns related to housekeeping
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and respectful work environment
• Help with scheduling and staffing needs as requested
• Lead by example and hold the team accountable to cleanliness and service standards

• Experienced in hotel housekeeping or a similar environment
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider a strong housekeeping professional ready to take the next step
