Maximus seeks a skilled IT professional to own and operate enterprise backup, recovery, and storage across on-premise, data center, and hybrid environments. You will support disaster recovery planning, runbooks, and restoration testing while coordinating changes and incidents to protect SLA performance.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 3+ years in backup/recovery operations. Familiarity with ITIL processes and large enterprise environments is preferred.
