Maintenance Technician

Maintenance & Grounds

The Maintenance Technician assumes responsibility and accountability for actions, which include, but are not limited to: training and assisting in any and all maintenance installation or repairs, efficiency tests on equipment, and chemical tests on boilers and chillers.

• Assists with preventative maintenance inspections and safety checks as assigned.
• Demonstrates safe and competent use of equipment.
• Demonstrates proper use of software applications to carry out duties.
• Trains in repairs, inspections, and maintenance of all building systems including boilers, HVAC, emergency power, medical gases, electrical and mechanical as directed.
• Supports Biomedical Technician in inspections and repairs as needed.
