* Job Description:

** The Maintenance Technician assumes responsibility and accountability for actions, which include, but are not limited to: training and assisting in any and all maintenance installation or repairs, efficiency tests on equipment, and chemical tests on boilers and chillers.

Minimum Qualifications    Education  High school degree or equivalent preferred.  Must be at least 17 years old.
Credentials Perform all floor care, carpet extraction, hard surface refinishing, burnishing, and upholstery cleaning utilizing proper process and procedures.

Perform preventative maintenance on all EVS equipment.

Perform safety checks on equipment.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Record and maintain records of preventive and repairs on all equipment.

Perform Housekeepers duties as assigned.

Communicate with Director keeping up to date on repairs and projects schedules.

Communicate purchase requests on all repairs for equipment keeping accurate inventory.

Maintain proper inventory of floor care supplies and equipment. Perform other job related duties as assigned.#
