As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of operating directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.

• Independently manage and lead this branch, supported by ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members, ensuring all shifts are properly staffed and monitoring on‑call responsibilities.
• Build client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction through in‑home assessments.
• Oversee office budget and profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Create a workplace of choice for your territory: incentivize, motivate, and set the tone of team morale.

• Proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff.
