Lead recruiting, training, and development of new Teammates to meet Buckle’s accountability standards;
Provide legendary guest service and drive sales while maintaining Buckle’s customer-service standards;
Oversee visual merchandising and zone ownership to ensure Buckle’s visual standards are met;
Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing checklists and loss prevention practices;
