2nd Shift 5:00pm-3:30am Monday-Thursday

The hourly pay rate for this position is 25.47 + shift differential and benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is specific to North Platte and may not be applicable to other locations.

• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures on the production floor
• Monitor workflow and communicate production priorities to team members
• Support employee training and onboarding for new hires
• Address minor employee concerns and elevate issues to management as needed
• Ensure employees are using required PPE and following plant procedures
• Other duties as assigned by the team lead and Supervisor
• Provide leadership at the Tier 1 Meeting ensuring metrics are reviewed; metric misses are addressed with countermeasures, root cause identification, corrective actions, with assigned responsibility and target completion dates and ensure any support required is identified and verified.
• Assist in maintaining the integrity of Tier 1 and 2 Board data and information
• Assist in assigning team members to daily work assignments and ensure all required training and certifications are evaluated and complied with for the assignment
• Maintain housekeeping and safety of Tier 1 area. Provide training, demonstration and coaching to assigned process/team
• Provide regular communication, feedback, coaching and ongoing support to all employees
• Monitor and ensure a positive work environment for all employees

• Must be familiar with machinery and have good math and measurement skills.
