Forklift

Location:

North Platte, NE, 69101.

Work Arrangement:
On Site.

Shifts:

2nd Shift 5:00pm-3:30am Monday-Thursday.

Pay:
The hourly pay rate range is $24.64 plus shift differential and benefits. Base pay varies within the range depending on your experience.

• Safely transport product and raw materials within the manufacturing facility.
• Transfer doors from paint line to wrapper/staging area.
• Stage and stack painted doors safely and accessibly.
• Verify tickets match doors prior to placing them in the wrapper/staging area.
• Conduct pre-operational forklift inspection.
• Clean and maintain the forklift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior forklift operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities.
• Must read and write English.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Work independently and as part of a team; flexibility to work shifts.
• Self‑driven, accountable, high integrity, open communicator.
• 2–3 years in the field or related area.
• Knowledge of forklift safety procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Organize and maintain detailed records.
• Work well in a fast‑paced environment.

• Stand for 10–12 hours straight.
• Mount and dismount forklift multiple times per day.
• Climb and descend forklift as needed.
• Lift 50 pounds as needed.
• Perform repetitive movements: hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at waist; bending at knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 60 pounds.
• Withstand exposure to temperature extremes and uncomfortable noise levels.
