Hourly pay: $24.64 + shift differential. Base pay may vary within the range based on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

2nd shift: 5:00 pm – 3:30 am

• Get correct stile and rail carts to line
• Perform first piece checks
• Feed materials through glue spreader per the production schedule
• Maintain high attention to detail
• Perform all other assigned duties

• High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to read and interpret production tickets
• Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills
• Work safely and follow all plant rules
• Show initiative, be a self‑starter
• Communicate in English clearly and effectively
• Ability to multi‑task
• Work independently and as part of a team, with shift flexibility
• Preferably one year experience in a manufacturing setting
• Think under pressure and make quick, strategic decisions
• Be able to train and coach others
• Operate a computer and Microsoft Office tools

• Stand for 10–12 hours straight
• Climb and descend stairs/ladder as needed
• Perform repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 40 pounds)
• Withstand exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable
• Handle, control and feel raw materials and finished goods
