The hourly pay rate range for this position is 22.55 and benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is specific to North Platte and may not be applicable to other locations.

What your day in this role might involve at OC-North Platte:
Responsibilities Along with co-worker, catch doors coming out of trim saw. Grab proper pallet for doors to be stacked on. Check for reject doors and place them to one side. Clean up work area when shift ends using LOTO procedures. Assist with downstacking during downtime. Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

What makes a successful OC North Platte team member:
Must haves include… Must be familiar with machinery and have good math and measurement skills. Must have knowledge of proper door sizes, as well as what a reject door looks like. Must read and write English. Must have good attendance and safety records. Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position requires high attention to detail.

Stand for 10 - 12 hours straight Climb and descend stairs/ladder as needed for the role Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 60-pounds) Withstand exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable
