West-Central Region – Nebraska (Travel Required)

We are seeking a Regional Nurse Clinician to support our West-Central Region centers throughout Nebraska. • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska (or compact state)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
• Prior leadership experience (DON, ADON, or Unit Manager preferred)
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Proven ability to lead, educate, and motivate clinical teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently

• Provide clinical support and guidance to nursing leadership and staff across multiple locations
• Assist with survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct clinical audits, chart reviews, and mock surveys
• Educate and mentor nursing staff on best practices, policies, and procedures
• Support onboarding and training of new Directors of Nursing and nurse leaders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Travel regularly to assigned facilities within the West-Central Region of Nebraska
