RN or LPN - Skilled Nursing/LTC Travel Contract

Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid Nursing degree (RN or LPN license) from an accredited institution
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid RN or LPN license in Nebraska;
    Basic Life Support (BLS); CPR certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work 3-12 hour shifts, flexible with schedule; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to stand, walk, and lift as required; reliable and able to work independently

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment.
  • Assess patient health status, develop, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to facility protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Document patient conditions, treatments, and progress thoroughly and timely in electronic medical records.
