Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified OR RN in North Platte, Nebraska, 69101!

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

North Platte, NE

Contract | Days | Two 10-hour shifts per week with a 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM start

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a multi-suite OR environment handling 15–20 cases per day in the main OR
• Perform scrub and circulating duties for a wide variety of surgical cases including laparoscopic, orthopedic, robotic, ENT, OBGYN, urology, plastics, neurosurgery/spine, podiatry, pedi dental, and GI procedures
• Support endoscopy and pain clinic suites as needed through floating assignments
• Participate in weeknight call coverage on an as-needed basis and a weekend call rotation approximately once every 4–5 weeks (24-hour call, Saturday or Sunday)
• Adhere to call response time requirements: 20 minutes for C-section cases, 30 minutes for all other cases
• Rotate through holiday call coverage, typically one holiday per contract period

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Demonstrated experience with orthopedic and robotic surgical cases
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Must have OR-dedicated footwear; scrubs and launderable cloth hats are provided by the facility

• Scrub technician experience in addition to RN circulating skills
• Familiarity with endoscopy or pain clinic procedures
• Experience with a high-volume, multi-specialty surgical environment

• Work in a well-equipped, multi-specialty OR environment offering exposure to a broad range of surgical disciplines including robotics, neurosurgery/spine, and pediatric cases
• Structured orientation program including general hospital onboarding followed by dedicated OR-specific training to set you up for success
