• Providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to direct care staff.
• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Participating in staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitoring patient care, administering medications, and responding to emergencies.
• Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Training staff, maintaining documentation, and overseeing equipment safety.
• Promoting a safe environment adhering to OSHA standards.
• Leading patient education and supervising dialysis procedures.
• Participating in quality assurance and special projects.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with licensure in the applicable state.
• Minimum 12 months nursing experience, with 6 months in dialysis care.
• Preferably with medical/surgical and supervisory experience.
• CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The role involves physical demands typical of healthcare settings, including interaction with patients and staff, equipment management, and occasional travel. The position supervises staff and may focus on specific departments or locations as assigned.
