As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact residents every day while working alongside a supportive team that values your skills, your ideas, and the care you provide.
What You'll Do- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Support residents' comfort, dignity, and independence
- Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans and safety procedures
- Current CNA certification
- A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing excellent resident care
- Someone who takes pride in making a difference every day
- Up to $2,500 hire-on bonus
- +$3/hour evening & overnight differential
- +$3/hour weekend differential
