This position is located in McCook, NE. Relocation or commute required.

Modern Farm Equipment is an Ag and Construction Equipment dealership with locations in Gordon (NE), McCook (NE), and La Salle (CO).

Hours 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, every other Saturday. Hours may change in the off-season to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• As a Master Technician you will be required to perform complex diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and pre‑delivery on agricultural and some small construction equipment along with Precision Farming hardware and software products.
• Provide customers with excellent customer service and respect.
• Staying up‑to‑date with training and assisting other technicians with unresolved issues on occasion as an expert.
• Complete accurate, detailed, and timely documentation.

• 5+ years of experience performing service repairs.
• Master Service Technician certification preferred.
• Mechanically skilled, customer‑focused, self‑driven, and independent problem‑solver who can work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work.
• Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program preferred.
