Performs all of the plumbing tests on the plumbing systems of each unit. This position also helps with other plumbing responsibilities as requested by immediate supervisor.

• Required to read a tape measure and blue prints.
• Performs the flood / drain tests on the plumbing system of each unit.
• Performs air / waterline tests on the plumbing system of each unit.
• Assemble and installs water closets.
• Repair all holes and tears in the underside of the home.
• Hook up drain and water lines on sinks.
• Install plugs and bypasses for testing.
• Install shower arms on all showers.
• Complete all computer work.

• High School Diploma, or GED preferred

Experience with construction methods and the use of a large variety of construction tools is required.

Required to have the knowledge and ability to perform testing and quality control checks on construction operations.

Plumbing knowledge is required.
