CDL-A Driver with Hazmat and Tanker Out 21 & Home 7 Earn $85-$105K/1st Yr

Full Time. Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience that is no problem since training is offered.

Does not require prior cryogenic experience, but tanker and hazmat endorsements are required at the time of application.

• First year pay ranges from $85-$106K with drivers starting at $300.30/Day and an increase of $3/Day every six months up to a cap of $324/Day. If willing to train new hires in cryogenics, earn an additional $100/Day.
• Training is “shadow” training: you drive your own truck while your trainer drives theirs—no shared cab or double bunking. Drivers are paid $125/Day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Trucks are 579 Petes with automatic transmissions and no slip seating.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, comprehensive medical, and a 401(k) with matching.
• Drivers run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to travel to all 48 states. Opting out of any region is not allowed.
• During your 7‑day home break, the company pays for flight home and back. No one operates your truck while you are home. If within 200 miles of home, you drive the truck home. Drivers are out 21 days and home a maximum of 7 days. They may stay home for less than 7 days and may stay out longer than 21, but the maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless taking allotted vacation.
• If you are not willing to fly, the company will not hire you.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving in the last three years. Tanker and hazmat endorsements are required; cryogenic experience is not required.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• Felony convictions disqualify applicants.
• Failing or refusing a DOT drug test disqualifies applicants, regardless of SAP completion.
