CDL A OTR Drivers Run 21 & Off 9, earning $90-$112K per year with 100% no-touch freight. Job type: OTR Van (Full Time).

• Operate Class A tractors for long-haul routes as described (OTR Van) with 100% no-touch freight.
• Follow schedule: 21 days out, 9 days home (7 days at home and 2 travel days).
• Maintain safety and compliance to company standards; manage routes including Midwest, Mid Atlantic, Southeast, and Northeast regions, with no deliveries in New York state.
• Coordinate with the carrier for home-time logistics and maintain vehicle readiness during home periods.
• Adhere to night-driving requirements as 65% of freight is moved at night.

• Base pay: $0.65-$0.70 per mile (CPM), based on experience and hazmat endorsement.
• Home time as described above; 21 days out, 9 days home.
• Full-time status with benefits after 60 days.

• Trucks:
  Freightliners, Kenworths (KW) or Internationals, averaging 18 months old.
• Equipment features: fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV, XM radio.
• Benefits start after 60 days: bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401K, and more.
• Company emphasizes low turnover and strong driver support.

• Parking/terminals:
  Charlotte, NC;
  Columbus, OH; or Mansfield, PA.

• Minimum 8 months of OTR or regional experience in the last 3 years, with at least 2 months of winter-conditions driving (Dec, Jan, or Feb). If previously local in Upper Midwest or Northeast during winter and with 1 year of Class A experience, this also qualifies.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years; no more than 2 in the last 12 months; none serious.
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years; no parking lot incidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months; not terminated from a driving job in the last 12 months; no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.
