Dispatcher – Residential Electrical Services

Pay: $19–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
On-Call: Rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule

As our Dispatcher, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our field team running efficiently while ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from the first phone call to the completion of the job.

• Dispatch and schedule residential electrical service calls efficiently

• Optimize technician routes to maximize productivity

• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates

• Coordinate with technicians throughout the day to ensure smooth operations

• Manage emergency calls and adjust schedules as priorities change

• Support the service team by maintaining accurate job information

• Work closely with customer service, sales, and management to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Participate in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule

• 2+ years of dispatching experience (home service industry preferred)

• Experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or another residential service trade is a strong plus

• Service Titan experience is highly preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a true team player

• Proficient with computers and scheduling software

• $19–$25 per hour , depending on experience

• Tuesday-Saturday schedule
