Production Associate

King Plastic Corporation is seeking a Production Associate to support the manufacturing of high-quality polymer sheets and components used in marine, signage, and industrial applications. In this role, you will operate and monitor production equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. You'll handle materials, assist with packaging and labeling, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment to manufacture polymer sheets and components according to specifications
• Monitor production lines for quality, making adjustments to maintain product standards and minimize waste
• Follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and use required PPE at all times
• Inspect finished products for defects, measure dimensions, and document quality checks
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and basic drawings or instructions
• Package, label, and stage finished products for inventory or shipment
• Assist with material handling, including loading raw materials and moving finished goods
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
• Report equipment issues and support basic troubleshooting or changeovers
• Participate in training to learn new processes, equipment, and quality requirements
