Sergeants Electric has built a strong reputation serving homeowners throughout Southwest Florida, and now we're expanding into HVAC. We're looking for a high-performing HVAC Service Technician who wants more than just a truck and a dispatch board.

We need someone who can help us build the HVAC division from the ground up
—a technician who delivers exceptional service, generates revenue ethically, creates lifelong customers, and becomes the face of our HVAC business in the community.

If you're a proven residential HVAC professional who knows how to diagnose systems, educate homeowners, and consistently produce results, we want to talk to you.

• $20-$25 per hour during training and onboarding
• Transition to a performance-based compensation plan with uncapped earning potential

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Build trust with homeowners through outstanding customer service
• Present repair and replacement options professionally and ethically
• Generate revenue through strong technical expertise and customer education
• Maintain high close rates and average ticket performance
• Create lifelong customers and referrals through exceptional experiences
• Document all work accurately and completely
• Represent the Sergeants brand with professionalism and integrity

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Proven track record of revenue generation and performance
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Ability to explain technical information in a way homeowners understand
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Desire to help grow a new department and make a lasting impact
