Lead HVAC Installer
Sergeants Electric, Heating and Air
$60,000-$100,000 Per Year | Full-Time | Full Benefits | Year-Round Work
Sergeant's Electric, Heating and Air is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team in North Port FL. If you're a skilled installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and enjoys mentoring others, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Oversee and train installation helpers and junior installers
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality products
- Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Maintain accurate job documentation and inventory
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job
- 3+ years of Lead HVAC Installer experience
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
- Ability to lead a crew and manage jobs efficiently
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
- Percentage pay per job
