Class A CDL Driver - Local Night Shift

One Stop CDL Solutions is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for local home-daily night-shift positions throughout Southwest Florida. This opportunity offers consistent local routes, steady freight and a predictable schedule with drivers returning home each day.

Drivers should live in or near Arcadia, Punta Gorda, Englewood, North Port or Cape Coral, Florida

• Home every day
• Night-shift position
• Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday
• Weekend and holiday work required
• Approximately 2 loads per day
• Consistent local lanes and scheduled work

As a Class A CDL Driver, you will:

• Safely operate assigned tractor-trailer equipment on local routes
• Complete scheduled deliveries throughout the Southwest Florida operating area
• Handle no-touch freight
• Complete live-unload deliveries as required
• Maintain required vehicle inspections, logs and paperwork
• Follow dispatch instructions and scheduled delivery times
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
• Follow DOT and company safety requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• Have at least 6 months of experience, or qualify for available training
• Have no DUI convictions within the past 10 years, or 5 years for non-CDL holders
• Have no more than 1 DOT-preventable loss within the past 2 years
• Have no more than 3 preventable accidents within the past 2 years
• Have no major preventable accident within the past 5 years
• Have no serious violations within the past year
• Have no more than 2 moving violations within the past 2 years
• Be able to pass a DOT physical
• Be able to pass a drug screen
• Have no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years
• Have no failed or refused drug tests within the past 10 years
• Demonstrate strong backing skills
• Be comfortable driving a night-shift schedule
