As our Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse while ensuring our technicians have the tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles they need to succeed.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, inventory control, and material organization
• Purchase, order, receive, and stock materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels
• Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Coordinate fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, registrations, inspections, and equipment readiness
• Prepare and stock technician vehicles with parts, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse
• Work closely with leadership, dispatch, and field teams to ensure seamless operations
• Develop and improve warehouse processes for greater efficiency and accountability
• Track inventory usage and help control purchasing costs

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience
• Strong background in inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and warehouse organization
• Experience coordinating or managing company fleet vehicles
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Experience in the residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry
• Experience supporting multiple trades is a major plus
• Experience with Service Titan preferred
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus

• $65,000 annual salary
