Greystone Induplate, a leading electroplating company, is renowned for delivering high-quality components for the aviation and aerospace industry. Our commitment to innovation and excellence sets us apart in the industry. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Aerospace Electroplating Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop specialized skills in aerospace electroplating under the guidance of our experienced foreman with over 30 years of experience.

Responsibilities
  • Undergo training to understand and apply electroplating techniques suitable for aerospace materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of aerospace components for electroplating processes, ensuring proper cleaning and surface treatment.
  • Operate electroplating equipment and machinery, adhering to safety guidelines and industry standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks on electroplated components to ensure they meet specified standards and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of electroplating processes, including parameters, times, and any deviations from standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and contribute to a positive working environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in aerospace manufacturing and electroplating processes.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Training and Development

This apprenticeship program will provide comprehensive training on aerospace electroplating techniques, safety protocols, and the use of specialized equipment. Successful completion of the program may lead to further career opportunities within our aerospace manufacturing team.
