- Supplemental support for Sponsored & Cost Accounting team
- Need someone who can jump in quickly and provide hands‑on operational support
- Strong grants accounting / sponsored programs / research finance background
- Direct federal grants experience required
- Strong understanding of OMB Uniform Guidance / grant compliance
- Experience with sponsor billing, grant invoicing, reconciliations, and post‑award financial management
- Comfortable in a high‑volume environment
- Hands‑on, adaptable, solutions‑oriented
- People Soft strongly relevant
- Higher education / university / research hospital background preferred
- CPA nice to have
- Master’s preferred
- Audit / compliance‑heavy background helpful
- Sponsor billing
- Collections / AR follow‑up
- Reconciliations
- Compliance review
- Audit support
- Month‑end / year‑end close support
- Grant issue resolution
- ERP transition support
- Approximately 500–700 grants / billing activity monthly
