Summary
Maintains 24 hour accountability for the delivery of quality, cost-effective nursing services for the department of behavioral health in compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards. Responsible for establishing standards for delivery of services, scope and evaluation of standards. Recommends purchase of capital equipment. Develops, implements and evaluates a management plan which include financial, clinical quality, human resources and professional practice components.
EducationRN licensure required. B.S. in Nursing Required, M.S. Preferred
LicensureCurrent Rhode Island R.N. Licensure required.
ExperienceSeven to ten years directly related experience.
