We are seeking a highly analytical Infrastructure Business Analyst to support IT infrastructure initiatives and drive process improvement across systems and operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working on infrastructure-related projects, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvement strategies
• Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, and reports
• Perform structured data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Support infrastructure-related IT projects and system enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide insights and reporting using data analysis tools

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Infrastructure projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical systems knowledge
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Share Point
• Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, and business reports
• Strong organizational and data analysis capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer follow-up abilities
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  
  Ability to work independently in a remote environment
