This role is located at one of our offices within the Providence County, Rhode Island area. Our flagship location is the North Providence branch at 1935 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, RI 02904.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a manager in training, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and you will have the opportunity to engage in the community to build essential relationships. You’ll learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll understand what it means to always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or collegiate athletics at a level above the collegiate level.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related incidents on driving record within the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be a current resident or be moving to Rhode Island or southeastern Massachusetts within 30 days of the application date or post‑graduation if currently enrolled in college.
