Pace Ri in Rhode Island is seeking an RN Home Care Generalist to assist the Home Care RNs in the field. You will perform skilled and acute visits, wound care, medication administration and medication packing, and complete nursing assessments with the IDT.
You will communicate with participants and families, provide education, rotate Saturdays, and cover CNA supervision or in-house nursing needs as assigned. Documentation in the electronic health record will be timely and thorough.
