Customer Service Rep(03905) - 1744 Mineral Spring Ave. Full-time position at Domino’s Pizza. You will be part of the store team providing customer service, taking orders, preparing products, and supporting daily store operations. • Operate all equipment associated with store operations.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork; maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility.
• Assist with on-the-job training and orientation as part of onboarding.
• Handle customer interactions, process orders both over the phone and in person, and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• General job duties for all store team members as listed above.
• Basic math skills for handling monetary transactions and making correct change.
• Verbal and written communication skills; ability to comprehend and give clear written instructions.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet quality standards, and collaborate with others.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks.
• In-store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above in some areas.
• Possible exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher.
• Cramped quarters, moving mechanical parts, and other physical task-related hazards.

• Standing for prolonged periods; walking short distances; sitting for paperwork.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds; carrying and handling ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
• Pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, crouching, and climbing as needed to perform duties.
• Dexterity for manual tasks such as dough shaping, use of pizza tools, and operating cash registers and computers.
