Bakery Packaging & Fulfillment Team Member – Night Shift

Our Night Bakery Team is the final mile of production at Seven Stars Bakery
. Each night, this close-knit team works together to carefully package, organize, and prepare our freshly baked breads and pastries for delivery to our retail cafés and wholesale customers.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where speed, accuracy, teamwork, and reliability matter
. Team members must be able to read and follow product and order information, accurately count and package products, and maintain focus while completing repetitive tasks efficiently.

Because the Night Bakery Team works closely together to complete orders on time, every team member plays an important role in the success of the shift.
Consistent attendance, punctuality, and dependability are essential performance expectations for this position.

• Package freshly baked breads, pastries, and other bakery products according to established standards.

• Accurately count products and verify quantities against retail and wholesale orders.

• Prepare and organize completed orders for delivery to our cafés and wholesale customers.

• Label, sort, and stage packaged products accurately.

• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the shift.

• Communicate with teammates to identify missing products, order discrepancies, or other issues.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.

• Support other Night Bakery functions as needed to ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.

• Strong basic math and counting skills.

• Ability to read and accurately follow order and product information.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a small, team-focused operation.

• Willingness to learn and cross-train in other Night Bakery responsibilities.

• Availability to consistently work late-night and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Compensation details: 18-22 Hourly Wage
