Lead store operations and staff to achieve sales goals in the Manager's absence;
Demonstrate high level customer service and communicate store goals to the team;
Monitor performance and evaluate sales metrics (sales volume, hourly production, UPTs, charge accounts, loss prevention);
Direct merchandise presentation and floor set execution according to Visual Merchandising standards;
Assist in ensuring store cleanliness and proper stockroom organization and participate in markdowns/transfers as needed
