Pest Control Technician

Overview

Fox Pest Control is hiring seasonal entry‑level Pest Control Technicians. The role focuses on delivering pest control services, building customer relationships, and providing top‑tier service on the field.

As a Pest Control Technician you will be out on the road visiting customers, providing customized treatments, greeting customers in a professional manner, preparing and documenting treatments, offering tailored recommendations for long‑term protection, and maintaining efficient workflow between customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive, people‑first attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work outdoors in manual labor following service routes
• Passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service
• Desire to learn how to analyze pest activity and explain it to customers, and to take action
• Willingness to follow servicing protocols and apply products safely
• Prior pest control experience or certification (preferred, but not required)
• Must be 21 or older, have a valid driver’s license, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Competitive pay:
  Base hourly $18‑$23 plus commissions, with top performers earning $60,000+ per year
• Performance‑based raise eligibility in 90 days
