Overnight Awake Shift Worker (Full-Time) – Providence, RI

We are seeking an Overnight Awake Shift Worker to work in Providence, RI in a six-bed, semi-independent living group home for girls (ages 16-20) who are involved with the Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF).

What you bring…

  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid state driver's license, and legally registered and insured car for work use.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule (11pm-7am) includes weekdays, weekends and some holidays.

What you will receive…

What you will do…

Supervise up to six girls (ages 16-20) and assist them in meeting their treatment plan goals. Provide behavioral support and informal counseling, be a positive role model for the young ladies; assists the girls to perform daily life skills activities; provide overall safety and structure within the home.
Must remain awake and alert throughout shift.
