We are seeking a Senior Manager to serve as the platform owner for Mule Soft, leading the design, delivery, governance, and operational support of our enterprise integration ecosystem.
Position Overview- Platform Leadership & Governance: Own Mule Soft platform strategy, set development standards, reusable design patterns, and Data Weave mapping best practices. Manage Mule Soft environments, deployment processes, monitoring, and overall operational health.
- Customer Onboarding & Project Delivery: Lead customer integration work streams from initiation to production. Manage cross‑functional teams, ensure project timelines, quality, and go‑live readiness. Develop integration testing strategies (SIT, UAT, End‑to‑End) and oversee cutover, hyper‑care, and stabilization.
- API, EDI & Enterprise Connectivity: Implement REST/SOAP APIs, EDI transactions, file‑based, and event‑driven integrations. Partner with teams to streamline connectivity with customer, supplier, marketplace, and carrier systems. Integrate WMS, TMS, ERP, and OMS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, supply chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years delivering enterprise integration projects; 5 years of hands‑on Mule Soft experience.
- Strong background in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, eCommerce, or 3PL environments.
- Deep understanding of Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, API‑led connectivity, Data Weave, EDI, and event‑driven architectures.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and handle multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
- Mule Soft Certified Developer (MCD).
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Legal driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations is required.
- Mule Soft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) or Platform Architect (MCPA).
- Experience with EDI platforms such as Orderful and API‑first integration strategies.
- Experience integrating WMS, TMS, and ERP systems in a high‑growth logistics environment.
- Up to 25% travel may be required.
- Employees are responsible for managing expenses and will be reimbursed bi‑weekly.
